15 strangers help stolen dog cover 2,000 miles at home

Zeus the Pit Bull mix lives a happy life with his family in Montana. Cassandra Rasmussen and her two young daughters give her as much love as possible. However, his life has not always been so happy. Shortly before Christmas, Zeus was robbed by someone who considered himself a friend. This “friend” had a key to Rasmussen’s house, so they took off with Zeus and some of the family’s personal belongings.

The suspect was then found nearly 2,000 miles away in West Virginia. Zeus was still with him and the man was arrested on the spot

Rasmussen was relieved to learn that her sweet dog was safe, but she had neither the time nor the money to pick him up. She had to work and take care of her children. Plus, most flights don’t allow Pit Bulls, so she didn’t know how to take him home.open next Page to See More
