Lost dog found 54 days after tornado destroyed family home
On March 3, a deadly tornado passed through a neighborhood in Tennesse. Houses were destroyed and, unfortunately, many people were unable to escape. However, Eric Johnson and his family were among the lucky ones. Their house has completely disappeared, but they have all survived with only a few minor injuries.
The only problem was that their miniature Australian shepherd, Bella, was nowhere after all this turmoil. She had probably run away out of fear, and the family did not know where to find her.
Without Bella, the family might not have survived this situation. Even before the tornado was near them, Bella woke Johnson up and started acting strange. She wasn’t in his element at all, so he got up to see what was going on. He turned on the television to discover that a huge tornado had hit Nashville, and that it was now heading towards them. So Johnson quickly reunited his family and made them hide in the bathtub.
When the tornado struck, the family was thrown nearly 50 metres into the bathtub. It is a miracle that they all survived, and they were lucky that Bella warned them. However, the brave dog disappeared just after the destruction
Johnson contacted all her acquaintances in the area, asking for help in bringing Bella home. As the days went by, he began to fear that Bella would never return. But he continued to remember that there was still hope for the beloved dog.
Eventually, some people started seeing Bella in the area. It is clear that she was still very frightened, and that no one could catch her. She always seemed to come back to the same place, so people were watching her closely. Big Fluffy Dog Rescue even installed cameras so the family could pinpoint Bella’s whereabouts.
Once they found Bella on camera, several people were able to corner her in an alley to take her home. The poor was terrified, but it is clear that she missed her loved ones.open Next page to see More
